Breakfast: shake — blueberries, two scoops of the bbvi mix and milk
Lunch: chicken, spinach and a pan fried egg ( I already started eating when I realized I didn’t take a picture. Haha)
Snack: shake on my way to work — mango, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, banana energy supplement and milk.
Snack: emily missheard someone’s order and accidently made two extra drinks. So she distributed the left overs among myself and my coworker. Plus some almonds.
Dinner: salmon with vegetables.
Snack: edemame beans.
Cheat: a piece of kfc chicken and a few bites of a small sluce of cake…. T_T ughhh. Fail.
Water intake: a little more than a half gallon.
Workout: morning training. Twas good. Abbs. Arms. plyos. Spinning.
I probably cheated because i wasn’t properly hydrated. I gotta get on that.
