Hi, I’m Kristina and I used to obsess about my weight. But now I’m more concerned with being more fit and gaining confidence in myself. Its taken me years to accept my body type, but I finally understand that I’m athletically built and being like a supper skinny model isn’t in the cards for me. I’ll try my best not to worry about my weight anymore (unless its for taekwondo purposes). At the end of the day I just want to be in shape, confident, and develop healthier eating habits. If im able to attain “skinniness” along the way, then that’s just a perk!
